 這次由於大地震引發了東京電力福島第一核電站的事故。當地大量的放射性物質還在不斷洩漏。當我們看到許多相關人士正在為修復工作冒死努力的報道後,我們向東京電力公司提供並說明了弊社的[姬松茸對放射線照射後顯示免疫激活作用研究]等動物臨床學術論文和人體臨床論文。東京電力公司在確認了我們的學術文獻後,立即作為特別緊急支援物質接納,搬運並且分發了弊公司的姬松茸[仙生露]。現在正為大家使用。

 在災區嚴酷的環境下,不僅是工作人員,所有災區人民都處於極端的疲勞和混亂中。我們由心地希望我們的姬松茸能為大家的健康服務。

Since there is no human experimental data available regarding radioprotective effects of Agaricus blazei Murill(ABM) mushroom, I have evaluated anti-irradiation effects of ABM mushroom are based on several experimental animal studies. The paper by Michio FUJITA et al. clearly shows some significant benefit in dogs following x-irradiation by administering the Agaricus Blazei powder (AB-P) and the shark cartilage powder (SC) in terms of earlier recovery of lymphocyte, CD4, CD5, and CD8 normal levels towards normal (FIG 12). The CD4/CD8 ratios appear to be similar between treatment groups. When dogs were given AB-P alone there was a trend towards a more rapid recovery of indicators of immune function. (相關文件1

A similar finding was published by Daniel Cramer (Blood 2006 107(2):835-840) where the authors concluded that beta-glycans (which are abundantly present in Agaricus blazei Murill) can restore hematopoiesis following injury due to radiation. In a review (G. Hetland et al., Scandinavian J of Immunology 68:363-370) on the mushroom Agaricus blazei Murill's (AbM) effects on the immune system as it fights infection and cancer, the authors state that this extract is "rich in biological response modulators, such as proteoglucans and beta-glucans, which are potent stimulators of macrophages, PMN and NK cells." They also state that "beta-glycans have know antitumor properties, so do proteoglycan andergosterol, two other ingredients of AbM."
The authors conclude that AbM has reasonably-well characterized immunomodulatory properties against infection and cancers. It is reasonable to conclude that AbM could prevent radiation induced damage as well by stimulating the protective effects of the immune system.
Based on these scientific studies, in the absence of effective antidote for radiation-exposure induced toxicity, Japanese people who are at vast areas of radiation risk may benefit of taking Agricus blazei Murill in Japan to prevent radiation-induced toxicity.
